About
Building on my extensive background as a Drama Therapist and CBT practitioner, I now practice as a Cognitive Play Life Coach. I provide support and guidance for adults, young adults, teens and children navigating life changes, utilizing the Developmental Cognitive Play approach.
In my practice, I combine the structure and focus of CBT for setting achievable goals with tools from the world of drama and play. This unique integration encourages spontaneity, helps bypass cognitive rigidity, and allows for the discovery of flexibility, even in adulthood. I tailor the process personally to each client. Together, we explore your emotional narrative, thoughts, and beliefs to enable growth, while highlighting your inherent strengths and resilience. My goal is always to create a safe, non-judgmental space that allows for exploration and movement toward positive change.
I hold an M.A. in Drama Therapy from Haifa University. In addition, I have extensive training and experience in CBT-ARTS (creative-cognitive tools for shifting thought patterns), and in DvT (Developmental Transformations: a dynamic, play-based model designed to foster flexibility in the face of uncertainty).
Over the past 15 years, I have gained extensive experience working with children, teens, and adults, focusing on social challenges, regulation difficulties, special needs, and life crises. In my work, I help my clients transform their relationships - with themselves and their environment - to build healthy, empowering, and meaningful connections.
